“I’ll miss camp food when I go back home.” — Zoe
Completely redone in 2009,
our chadar ochel (dining hall) is a major place of gathering for everyone in our community. The building seats everyone, so we all eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together. Meals in the chadar ochel (dining hall) are raucus and fun as well as fresh, hot and nutritious. The menu always includes multiple options, vegetarian dishes, fresh organic vegetables from our very own gan (garden) and creative recipes from our tzevet mitbach (kitchen staff).
The mitbach (kitchen) is a commecial-grade, brand new facility with restaurant quality fixtures. All meals are kosher and peanut free.
