CAMPERS and THEIR FAMILIES
Our campers come primarily from the Midwest states: Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio and Minnesota. A few campers from the east and west coasts come to Camp Tavor on the recommendations of their alumni parents, grandparents or relatives.

mp Tavor is not affiliated with a religious movement.
Our campers are Conservative, Reform, Reconstructionist, Jewish
Renewal or unaffiliated. Some campers attend Jewish day schools
and for others, Tavor is their only Jewish experience. Some campers
are Israelis; others come from intermarried or single-parent households.
We also accept non-Jewish campers as long as they understand they
are attending a culturally and spiritually Jewish summer camp.
