The Camp Committee represents the diverse cities in the Midwest from which Tavor draws campers.  Currently, we have 10 Illinois members, 10 Michigan members and 1 Wisconsin member.

Meetings are held monthly with 3-4 face-to-face meetings annually and  the rest of the meetings by phone conference.

 

The current camp committee is focused on four priorities with subcommittees for each.

• Facilities planning
• Development (fund raising)
• Board Development
• Strategic Marketing

 

The camp committee has become a “family” on a quest; to make Camp Tavor the best summer camp in its class. No other camp produces the committed Jewish leaders that we do. I urge you to get involved. We hold open meetings and everyone is encouraged to contribute.
