Madatz is our counselor development program. Madatz campers spend the entire summer at camp. During first session Madatz campers develop counseling skills. They are then assigned to cabins, tents and programs second session to assist with campers.

*Price includes $190 round-trip transportation, $120 suggested kupah, and $250 mifgash (see details below).
Kupah is a suggested donation from campers. Like in a kibbutz, we put money into a shared fund so all campers have access to anything from stamps to t-shirts, toothbrushes, or snacks for a party. All campers contribute, so all feel an equal part of our community. Camp Tavor does not have a canteen. Madatz Kupah is larger than other campers because our Madatzim stay at camp for the entire summer.
Mifgash is a trip that only Madatzim take to reunite with Madazim from other Habonim Camps in North America
