Early Bird Registration -- Until October 31, 2008
All camp fees are due by April 1, 2009 if you apply for early registration

1. Complete and sign one registration
form for each camper
2. Include a $500 deposit for each camper with your registration. Campers withdrawing before March 1, 2009 will receive a full refund. Any camper withdrawing after March 1 will be assessed a $100 administration fee.
After April 1, deposits will be non-refundable. Mail all registration forms, camper questionnaires and deposit checks (made out to Habonim-Dror Camp Tavor) by October 31, 2008 to Habonim-Dror Camp Tavor, 2755 Wingate Lane East, West Bend, WI 53090.
Standard Registration – Nov. 1, 2008-- March 1, 2009
1. Complete and sign one registration form for each camper
2. Include a $500 deposit for each camper with your registration.
3. Campers withdrawing before March 1, 2009 will receive a full refund.

Late Registration -- After May 1, 2009
Complete and sign one registration form for each camper Include a $500 deposit plus a $200 late fee (total $700) for each camper with your registration.
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Make your check out to Habonim-Dror Camp Tavor and mail it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with your registration forms, camper questionnaires and deposit checks) to Habonim-Dror Camp Tavor, 2755 Wingate Lane East, West Bend, WI 53090.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT
Parents are responsible for all medical expenses incurred by their camper(s) during the camp season. Your camper may not attend Camp Tavor without health insurance.
Campers and their parents or guardians must agree to abide by the rules set by the Camp Committee and Director. This is for the safety, health and welfare of everyone at camp.
Any camper withdrawing after March 1, 2009 will be assessed a $200 administration fee. Your deposit becomes non-refundable after April 1, s2009. There will be no reduction in the tuition for late arrivals or early departure. There will be no refunds after camp is in session. When your children attend Camp Tavor they automatically become members of the National Habonim-Dror movement. A percentage of each camper’s tuition contributes to this membership.
